Just thought I'd say hi to all. I'm a new member here. I live in Acworth Georgia. Have an 03 black Savage. Looking forward to being here.
Been riding on and off for over 30 years..Really like my Savage.
Looking forward to learning alot more from you all.

:D Welcome, you've got a lot more riding experience than most of us probably, so maybe we'll learn something from you. I have a 2001, that has plenty of miles on it, and it hasn't had a wrench on it, just typical maintenance, (battery, oil, sparkplug.....) Enjoy it.

Welcome IRONMAN!!! I ride a 1997 LS650 in Columbus, Ohio. I've been riding since 1976, althought I took a short hiatus from 1982 to 2004. I got my thumper in May and have been having a ball.

Congrats on your scoot. The wife and I live near Asheville, NC. She has a 2001 and I have a 2000 (both bought new). She has been riding 4 years and I have been rolling along for 37 years....maybe our paths will cross in the future. Maybe you live in northern GA, too?

Howdy Ironman. Welcome to the Savage site...best anywhere around. I am another one of the more senior members and I live in central South Carolina, in Little Mountain, just NW of of Columbia.
It sounds like we need to put together another Savage ride for this area...the last one was in late Aug or early Sep of last year.
