Okay - guys and girls

adjusting your tappetts - apart from the instructions in the manual anything else i should know?

You'll need a lot of patience and tiny fingers to adjust the intake side.

Putting the tank back on is always a challenge.

Yep.  Suzuki engineers did a good job on these.  Tiny fingers, tiny covers, and tiny tools.  I find it is easiest to snug them with a .005" feeler and then tighten the nut firmly.  That usually places the clearance in the middle at .004".

IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO SWEAR YOU WILL BY THE TIME YOU FINISH YOUR TAPETS. I FOUND IT WOULD BE EASYER USING TWO PEOPLE AS A TOURCH WILL COME IN HANDY.GOOD LUCK ! :-X
