Title: Re: What's about vibration? Post by cphilip on 07/25/04 at 10:06:37 Actually the thing has a counterbalancing shaft in it that does its job quite well. Suprisingly well... However what kind of great vibration were you looking for? :o |

There is a reason they are called thumpers. :) Actually it's just the pulse of the cylinder firing. It's not too bad, but plenty enough to make you know the engine is running. |
Title: Re: What's about vibration? Post by Greg_650 on 07/25/04 at 11:34:57 The Savage vibration is not bad, but it is sort of linear. The higher the RPMs the more you get. I don't really notice it until I'm doing 65-70 for an extended period. It is counterbalanced pretty well and doesn't vibrate like the old paint shaker HDs. Of course this all depends on how you answer Cphilip ::) |

Title: Re: What's about vibration? Post by Honda_fan on 07/26/04 at 18:26:56 Yeah but she said 1.6 cm which would put her at .649" . Now that would be a stretch to flat foot even a Savage. ;D |
