My belt may have a little wear to the edges of the teeth so it is a little hard to tell....but it appears to be a 14mm pitch.

Hey, I just did the easy thing....checked the book.

It is a Bando #133U-14M 40.0.  And that would mean 133 teeth, 14 MM pitch and 40.0 MM wide.  Got it.

Even though I don't have the 'bike I should probably get the book !! Which is best, how much detail?

I don't know.  Some like the Clymer.  I have the SSM which is  the actual shop manual.  The SSM is about twice the price of the Clymer, but it comes in a 7 ring hard cover binder with removable pages.
