Great job. The best I've ever done was one off the windscreen, but YOU USED YOUR NECK!!!! That's a record book entry for sure. Maybe you should have it mounted ;D |

looks like it got hit by a car before i got back with camera. took me about 30 minutes to get back to it. the ironic thing is i was out shooting sparrows with my shot gun yesterday, what goes around comes around i guess. |

Title: Re: ouch that hurt. Post by Nightrain on 05/03/05 at 15:49:03 Are they good eating or just target practice? |

target practice, if i get them early, they don't get to the cherries, pears, and apples. i spread some yummy grass seed in the field and when they show up it's blasting time. |

Next time take your trophy with you for the photo. What if it had been a deer? Now, that would be worth a picture ::) |

Title: Re: ouch that hurt. Post by WD on 05/03/05 at 21:37:17 Greg, check with Hoggryder on Bert's forum. He took out a Great Plains whitetail buck with an 87 Savage. :P Bad enough hitting deer with a truck. I ran over a skunk with one of my Harleys... -WD |
Title: Re: ouch that hurt. Post by gazab44 on 05/04/05 at 03:41:10 try controling the throttle with a bee hitching a ride up the right sleeve of your leathers...then looking like an epileptic on speed in the local pub carpark trying to get the jacket off..kewl biker dude?..not that day LOL btw...I'm epileptic so no offence intended :) |
Title: Re: ouch that hurt. Post by Ed_L. on 05/04/05 at 05:44:18 You haven't lived untill you get a bee in your jacket at 60mph while on a bike ;D. It's a lot like the kid's game where you hop on one leg, pat you head with one hand, rub you tummy with the other and try yo whistle a tune all at the same time. ??? Ed L. |
Title: Re: ouch that hurt. Post by Bluejeanz on 05/04/05 at 07:05:13 Oh, I get a particular thrill when I have a bee, or frankly any other flying creature, join me in my helmet. I have a full-face helmet, but sometimes, while riding slow in really nice weather, I tend to have the shield up. It's amazing how quick you CAN unstrap that helmet and get it off. |
Title: Re: ouch that hurt. Post by gazab44 on 05/04/05 at 07:37:02 I also like watching car drivers with a buzzing passenger ;D |
Title: Re: ouch that hurt. Post by Red_Wine on 05/04/05 at 10:00:54 I can only se a red X >:( ??? What's up?? RW |
Title: Re: ouch that hurt. Post by Mr 650 on 05/04/05 at 10:16:19 Seems only proper that Woodstock would be next to Snoopy! Rotate counterclockwise 90 deg.: http://www.comics.com/comics/peanuts/meet_the_gang/images/meet_woodstock_big.gif "Woodstock is the smallest of the Peanuts characters but has a big presence for a little bird. He's a little inept, his flying and logic are erratic..." sluggo wrote:
