Title: Re: Manuals Post by Savage_Rob on 07/11/05 at 13:40:05 I haven't looked at the Haynes. In my opinion, the Clymer is pretty good but the Suzuki factory manual is better. However, the Suzuki manual does have thinner pages which I find annoying and is pricier than the Clymer. |

Don't know about the Haynes my search did not come up with a Haynes manual. Look in the other post about the mistakes made in the manuals. Happy wrenching Kropatchek ;D |

Clymer has gotten me through OK on the Savage, but I've had other bikes where several manuals were needed. My XR500 thumper with 2 carbs was an example. Get all you can get, if it's cheap all the better. Or just hang around this board and one of us has probably done what you need info on before. |
