My father has a set of pipes that he bought for one of his bikes and ended up not liking the sound so he took them off but couldn't return them so I'm thinking of putting them on my Savage.

I want to go 1-into-2. Has anyone done something like this? If so, what's a good way to go about it? Any other suggestions?

I've seen it once on a savage, it was home made....never could make up my mind whether I like it though.

There was a thread where the make and model were mentioned. It's available in Canada and thus the two from one piece of pipe is also available.

Or any decent muffler shop could weld up a suitable pipe.

1 into 2 sounds good to me,When I get around to doing it I'll have two under the seat on my SR thing.
