theres nothing that comes out of a bike thats white, and if thers oil leaking, it shouldnt be gloppy.the fork oil is clear and oily but not white ,and i dont see how that cound get by your peg.

On 350 LC yams the gearbox used to leak a white gunge if it got coolant in with the gearbox oil.

are u talking about the battery drain hose?there could be some white goop if your battery acid is overflowing for some reason?if its that change that battery fast ,before it dies on u while on the road, that acid will burn your hands like mad so dont touch it!

if it is the air box drain hose u some how had some water and oil mix in the airbox ,that will turn into somewhat of a goop.

when u said near the inside peg,did u mean the left passenger peg?

No , left riders peg, battery tubes on other side of bike.
It hasnt done it the past couple of days.
If that other tube is from air box, cant understand how oil could be in there.
Tube also seems to have a plug in it.
Thanks for help

There are two tubes which come down from the airbox.  The longer one does have a cap and usually has oil and other goo  in there... but white?

The longer tube is commonly called a crankcase breather tube.  It will typically have a small amount of oil in it.  If the fluid is white, that means a small amount of water is present in the tube and has mixed with the oil.  This can happen if, for instance, the bike is ridden in the rain.  No cause for concern, unless you see a lot of water in here.  Incidentally, I empty mine at every oil change.
