Title: riding partner gone Post by sluggo on 10/16/05 at 18:35:49 so, i was warming up ole thumper, my dog t.c. was all excited to go on a ride. he hears a truck coming chases it, comes back. then hears another car ran out and got mowed over, it was ugly. needless to say i didn't go for my ride. still am pretty bummed about the whole thing. i tried to stop him but he just had to chase the darn thing. the woman who hit him was pretty freaked out. i told her it wasnt her fault gave her a hug and sent her on her way. take care t.c. i hope all dogs go to heaven. |

If this were not so, it would NOT be "heaven!" Congrats on your new family member! Rainbow Bridge Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable. All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
