Obviously, I don't have a Savage:

Is it on the handlebars, or under by the petcock?

If anyone had a picture that'd be awesome too ;D

the ignition switch is under the seat on the left side..
I'm curious to know, if you haven't got a savage, why do you want to know where the ignition is?

Side note - there is a STEERING LOCK on the triple tree.

Because I kind of want one, and having it in such a cool style makes me want one a little more ;D
