Title: Re: mirrors Post by pgolden on 12/27/05 at 16:41:52 JC Whitney has some great looking Billet slotted chrome mirrors. I got some for Christmas. They come with mounting hardware. Be sure to use loc-tite! |

Title: Re: mirrors Post by Savage Librarian on 12/30/05 at 09:47:51 On the topic of mirrors... I've seen some pieces that go between the mirror stem and the mount that supposedly cut down on vibration. I think JC Whitney sells some, and I'm sure they can be found other places. Anyone use these or something like them? Or have any other experience with cutting down on the vibration in the mirrors? |

Title: Re: mirrors Post by Dragon King on 12/31/05 at 08:43:47 I got some mirrors from jc last year and got the shock mounts and man they vibrate really bad :( I put my beat stock back on and Iam still looking for something to work.In an older post there was something about a snake that goes in the handle bars to cut down the vibration but don't know how it works. |

Title: Re: mirrors Post by Max_Morley on 12/31/05 at 10:10:40 The bars are already weighted on the ends, in my experience the OE mirrirs are worth the $ if you are going to ride much. If it is a showbike, then probably any mirrir will do. max |
