Title: Gas Leak Post by shb152 on 04/10/06 at 12:06:18 My 2002 savage has 2 vent? pipes coming from the carb up under the gas tank. When I crank the bike gas pours out of the tubes. Any suggestions.

Title: Re: Gas Leak Post by vroom1776 on 04/10/06 at 12:59:44 Clean out the carburator.  Sounds like the float needle is sticking open ( I just learned about this!). Or are you talking about the tubes that go to the fuel petcock?  If you mean the ones that don't really go anywhere, clean the carb. ... and last nigth I learned you spray it down the fuel line to clean out the float needle seat.
