anyone know where to find a set of self amp'd, waterproof, low profile speakers to use with an MP3 player?

The only ones I can seem to find are well over $200.

for a motorcycle? Gonna cost a buttload. You cn always make your own. Waterproofing it will be hard as well as mounting them. Honestly I think ur attention should be best directed at the road. Anything that is louder than a motorcycle will be too distracting.

always can get noise canceling ear buds.
