Title: Re: where can I find It Post by 911radioman on 04/26/06 at 13:19:55 www.denniskirk.com www.bikebandit.com Either of these places will have the jets you are seeking, and there are probably 100 other sites out there as well. Use the search function of this forum and type in "main jets", "pilot jets", "carburetor" and you will get hundreds of answers to your questions. Not trying to be short with ya, just letting ya know how best to get the answers you seek. |

I think he was just a bit confused about how "threads" work...we all come from various levels of experince... Tater - I would go with filing down the white spacer rather than the 2 #4 washers, I've done both so that's just my opinion. What I did was buy a new white spacer from www.ronayers.com before I did anything so I would have a stock one in case I screwed it up... |

Title: Re: where can I find It Post by Jim_R on 04/28/06 at 08:16:57 CHanging the air filter would be a good idea if u are installing those jets. You might want to change your muffler too. As far as the filter goes u can go with a drop in replacement K&N or a pod. I liked the pod but u have the risk of letting in rain . Esp if it is mounted outside of the bike. I prefer pods though. Check the other post about the 60mm ait filter. I got mine for only 15 off ebaymotors. |
