Check the voltage at your battery. It should read about 12.75v or more at rest. Start your engine and check the voltage at the battery. It should be about 13.5v to 14.5v.

This might sound dumb but the adjusting screw on the back of the horn was all the way in.  not allowing the horn to work

Don't mean to highjack your thread, but does anyone know where I can get an aftermarket horn that has the antique sound of the old model T?

You know, the old Ah Uuga (closest I could come to describing the sound I want)

I've seen 'em at Autozone for cars.  Add a relay and have fun.
