Hi!
This is dunk, back from a road trip this weekend. This really isn't a new topic, but I couldn't find the previous notes. Anyway . . .
I took some great advice from a couple of you. :)
I removed the gas tank and found the three screws holding the speedometer onto the tank. Only 1 was loose, but I tightened it and the noise was greatly reduced.
Thanks, guys! You said it was simple, so I decided to try it myself.
My husband said, "Go for it!", so I did.
With a couple calls ::) to one of the mechanics at the only bike ship we'll ever deal with (because they're GREAT!) I did it!

PS It doesn't just slide off. You have to wrestle it off! ;)
