I have a slash cut screamin eagle on the way. Should be here next week. E-Bay rocks! It has the removable baffle in it which I will probably leave in. I'm gonna get a K&N drop in filter too.
With these two installed, could some one give me an idea of where to start on the jetting or spacer mod so I can have these items ordered and in place to do all at once? Thanks.

I'd probably do the 1/2 spacer thickness and a 152.5 main jet and see what happens from there.

The Screaming Eagle has very little back pressure, even with the baffle IN, so I would suggest that you go ahead with a larger pilot jet.

My wife's bike has SEII with the baffle in. Original pilot jet, 152.5 main, 1/2 spacer, original air filter. Runs awesome, sounds awesome and the gas milage is very good. This is the best combination, unless You want to spend big $$ for couple % more performance.

I'm getting ready to place an order for the jets. Should I order an assortment of sizes( what range), or just go with the 152.5 main and 55 pilot for now?

You may want to try a 155 main, But you really shouldn't need more than a 55 pilot.

I may get a range from 150 to 155 and 50 to 55. For future adjustment.

Where can I find replacement spacers? The dealer? Don't really want to use washers.

If you're talking about the white spacer, you can order it through your Suzuki dealer (or online).

I was thinking you'd do better with a 155 main jet too. The SE is a free flowing performance muffler (unlike the stock Sportster muffler). I run a 157.5 with my Supertrapp and it does fine.
