I just started removing the side rails to put sissy bar rails and now I cant figure out how to get the rail off my signals without cutting wires

you have to disconnect the wires under the seat

You have to put it all together first be sure the wires go around the backrest bars so the wires dont get cut you have to disconect the wires to put it all together

THANK YOU!!! It took me longer to get the seat bolted back on with that stupid lil allen screw at the back than it did for the whole job

Start that stupid little allen first, since it has almost zero play in the alignment, then start one seat bolt, then install the other underseat bolt, Dont tighten eny till all are started. This is a good idea on everything that has more than 1 bolt,

Thank you....... I figured it out the hard way, I was sitting straddled my bike BACKWARDS... leaning and pulling the seat back to line up that bolt so I could get the allen screw started.....I bet my neighbors thought I was an idiot, or drunk or no telling actually what they thought... ;)
