Not my personal style, but very nicely done!

BTW -- shouldn't he put some rear set pegs on it for a cafe racer?

I really like the front end, and that fat front tire!  Covered rear shock is kinda' cool too...But the the tank and seat attitude seem to be fighting the frame.  Rearsets would be good.
Definitely a head turner.

I have to honestly say that that is one of the ugliest bikes I have ever seen. However, it looks like he put a lot of thought into it and paid attention to the details.

"Different" to say the least ... kinda endearingly ugly ... I decide that I  like it anyways!

I don't think he's finished with it yet. It needs a home made triangular side cover up near the electronics/battery, and then the front fender to either be removed or shaved. Also is would look better with a small rear fender or possibly a tire hugger. Looks more like an unfinished Streetfighter than a Cafe racer right now. Good parts, good execution, but if he leaves it like this, it's just a collection of parts without a discernible theme.

That Manx tank is sweet though.
