I've never been able to get into that type of front end...just doesn't look like a motorcycle should

Thanks Clive !

Believe it or not, the BiMota TESI was named such because it was a university student's dissertation project !

Talk about a tough dissertation ! The boy is now selling designer crotch rockets that surpass MV Agusta in style and flair !!!
...He's also filthy rich...  ;D ;D ;D

so what does having a front end that looks like the back end do??  is it better in some way?

Why waste your money with a telescopic front fork when a rigid girder will still get the job done ?

Comfort and control.

The Bimota's cantilever front end (also used by racing BMWs) is the best design yet.
...regardless of looks...

Yes, it steers from the rear like a fork lift and can turn much more sharpley!

Maybe... But have you ever driven a forklift at high speeds, and then cut the wheels? Sounds scary!!
I'm sure that bike is state of the art, but you know what they say about art...

Something there,...  just ain't right...

...and,... are handlebars really still the best method of steering?...  They just look so indirect... :-?...

it steers from the front.  would be interesting to see a bike that steers from the back and has front wheel drive
