Odd lookin critter. Gearing & no brakes say "Im all about speed", but the fat tires say something else. The pedal is made for a special shoe that clips into it, I think. Seat height on a bicycle is supposed to be high enough to allow for a slight bend in the knee, with ankle pointed down at the bottom of the stroke. Low seats put too much stress on the knees & mess them up. You know any more about them?

They arn't fat tires but aero rims.
