Stealerships just TIKK me AWPH!

Well, so I hear, anyway.
Here's the deal. The valves on the W use shims, no threaded adjusters. So, Im going thru the shims & measuring whats in there & measuring the slack to see whats needed to get it all back in spec. Stopped in @ the Kawa nshop & asked how much the shims were & they said if Id bring the old ones in theyd swap me, no charge, just figure out what I need & go trade.. Pretty hard hearted, sleazy greedy & mean, Id say, Huhh?

HEY!, I didnt think of that,, Ohh, wait, theyre gonna give me shims, 1 for 1 swap,,Im not seein a profit opportunity here..I cant believe they dont at least want Something,, 50% or something.. but, Im happy.
