Title: Makeshift Starter Button Post by EJID on 09/05/10 at 20:56:00 Interesting homemade air filter and starter button. Also, what's the deal with moving the battery where he did? |

The ram air intake is not a good design. Should be a sweeping arc from inlet to carb. That way when run thru a cloud of bugs they'll shoot straight thru to the head before the splatter on the intake valve. |

??? :-? Hey, Verslagen, could you please translate that into layman's English ? I'm kinda confoozed... Should the tube from air filter to carb be a sweeping arc ? 90º? 180º? How can the bugs sweep right nito the head without splattering against the intake valve anyway ? :) |
