Congratulations Mick, Big, Big HUgs to you. You have shown us that it is never to late to make changes in ones life.

I know it is never easy, yet with baby steps changes can be achieved.
I wish you continued success with your being able to sustain from cigarettes and now booze.

Your continuing to experience sensation back into your hand. I can't wait to hear of the day when it all comes back and your able to ride a bike again.

The money your saving from not smoking as well as not drinking will enable you to buy the bike of your dreams.

thank you Kim,I think the bike of my dreams would kill me in a few days, A big Ducati, I would go back to a Savage and a little 250 Ninja.
I know some guys trying to be helpfull are showing me pictures of three wheelers they do look nice ,but it's the lean factor that I really miss, I used to practice a few turns on my way to town several times untill I thought that was just about my max,It's alot of fun dropping into a corner knowing you and the bike can do it. Speed kills but speed also thrills. just do it as safe as you can,ride it like you stole it.
How is the old thumb doing ? I send a kiss to make it all better.
Then I shall pop up to Washington ,lay my head upon your chest ,then you can pat my head and tell me "everything is going to be ok" ,
I worked when my Mum did it. :)

A honda rebel is all I could afford ,before that I had a basket case of a Kawasaki 450 or 500 twin, I put it all together and she started right up,I was very proud of my self. befor that I had a little honda dirt bike,

Not to be hateful an all - but if you smoke and drink for 50 years (close to 40 myself) and then quit the stats say you are where you are.

Don't worry about it and just run the wheels off that mazda!!!

Mick, it has been awhile since I have ridden topless. Bring the Miata as I will enhance it's beauty and give you a hug as well.:)

You know mick that I'm pullin' for ya all the way over here in the North Atlantic buddy!

As for dream Bikes ... well, I have learned that for some of us, Bikes like the Savage/S40 and the 250R are golden! Hope you're able to Ride soon my friend! 8-)
