ya know i do like the Ducs just the maint on them is what scares the crap oudda me ... an the fact i wouldnt be all that comfy in them seats no more...

I'm with you on this. I love Italian bikes but will always stay with Guzzi because of the simple maintenance. Desmodronic valves are too temperamental to get just right. Besides, Duck is getting to be like Harley. My son and I were contemplating about the Harley F-150 Ford and agreed that the next logical designer truck should be a Ducati. Guzzi will never be right because they're meant to be ridden.

YEP! a Guzzi makes me smile... one day i will have either the Grizzo or the Calif Stone... love that one... or the El Dorado... they are just an awesome ride... Grizzo i might get into trouble with... ;) or the V7 racer... wow... but the Stelvio is one im looking at now... WOW... sigh.. so many bikes too little money...

What a beautiful brace of Ducs,as much as I love em I think I'm a tad to old, I would love to ride one one time just to say I had.
I don't count the 100cc Ducati I did own.pic below.
