Post by cornfuzed on 10/15/10 at 23:09:42

Specially from those who have been there done that know what its about ...  If money was no option.. I.E... didnt hurt if it was 60k for a bike... what one would you choose to add to your garage... and an idea as to why you chose that...
I can start out...

first off that is not a bike,it is technicly a trycicle, My Miata gives a better ride.If I had 60 K I would get a 2011 Mazda Miata.

I rode one of those Can-ams and didn't like it that much.  It really isn't anything like a motorcycle.

I'd be on this

except when I was on this

If my hand was ok and I could ride again here are my choice's ,problem is $60,000 is not enough ,well the AJS would be no problem but the Norton ? I would have to take out a loan.

:o :o That AJS is Gorgeous!  :o
Eh i picked the one i picked not for single riding... that way on long trips id be warm in a tent.. so far yall be cold!
Now if we are gonna go single riding where i wouldnt have to pack a significant other in a trailer or a plane ride or short ride for that matter ... I think i would have to go with...
Ummm....

Cornfuzed, a pal of mine's girfriend has one of those Can-Am Spyder things ... I've Ridden it ... steering one of those suckers is a choreand a half!

If money were no object what would I have in my stable? Well my motorcycle requirements are pretty simple actually, so it certainly wouldn't be anything extravagent ... a Savage Bobber for sure; one like K. Phan's would be cool! Maybe one of those new 2011 H.D. 883 "Super Low" Sportsters ... and a pristine 1989/90 Honda GB500TT!!

Not going to spend days hunting for photos, but...

1948 UL and VL Harley Big Twin Flatheads, 1949 Panhead, BMW R/50, 1947 Indian Chief, 1999 Kawaaki 1500 Drifter (which I passed up to get the Savage, bad idea), Honda Aero 1100 and ACE 1100, light blue 2010 C50T (that is actually an old Indian Scout color).

I suppose that if money was no object (and I wasn't limited to the $60K), I'd go for a custom cafe racer that was built just for me. Latest and greatest go fastest from point a to point b on the road, custom leathers, helmet the whole package. Maybe start with a Ducati Monster 1100S.
