We dont need motorcycles that will do 180mph. We want affordable fuel efficient bikes that are plain out fun. http://powersports.honda.com/2011/cbr250r.aspx

I see a 250 honda in your future, very nice looking Mike ,but will it handle like the ninja ?, is it as fast as the ninja ?
I know Honda is a great brand ,but I have a feeling it won't keep up with the 250 ninja. do you have any more info Mike ?

The Honda has less horsepower than the Ninja, but more torque. The Honda is a thumper = torque. Weight and seat height are about equal. The Honda is fuel injected, that is a plus to some people. I'm happy another major brand is making a step in the right direction. I think its time we got back to basics. I started riding because motorcycles were a lot cheaper than cars, handled great and a lot more fun. You dont need a 500lb 120 hp beast to have fun, or an 800lb $20,000 Harley either for that matter. I love winding my little Ninja up in the tight twistys. I'm just as fast on it as I was on my bigger sport bikes in the tight stuff and I can twist the throttle and not have to worry about killing myself. I hope Suzuki follows suit. Small displacement sportbikes are cheap to own and operate and some of the most fun you can have with your clothes on.

People now have their choice of seven 1/4-liter motorcycles.  Three Cruisers, Three Sports, and the Suzuki Standard.

The CBR looks to be a Ninja killer.  Less weight, and with a single it should blow the Ninjette at the street light.

I can see the first 30lbs flying into the tip...
That muffler looks like Honda pilfered my furnace flue...
It's gotta' go...

Maybe a nice low tucked Ninja 650 can?...

very nice, fuel injected is nice, this might be a real option, except no pricing info yet :(  not that I could afford anything like it at the moment though. wonder how it looks naked?   :P
