This system uses hydraulic drive to the front (see right hand side), driven by a pump above the sprocket.

Yamahopper has had that on an off road racer for over five years.
They first used it in the Paris Dakar back then.

There was a Rokon on Pawn Stars months ago. They bought it & had it refurbished. Then, I think he kept it.
