Experts now reccomend filling your tires with 78% NItrogen for best performance and tire life. You can actually find 78% Nitro at many gas stations , for a modest compression fee! WAY too many tires in my life to mess with making it more of a science project keeping them all rolling. I know theyre supposed to stay aired up better with nitrogen but the Vibe that came with Nitrogen in the tires needed air after several months & after Ive aired them up several times, I see no measurable difference. The rule of 80/20 leaves me believing Ill just be pumping air for the rest of my life, |
