most are the same for all years... especially 95' to current...
There are minor differences... depends what you want...

I am mainly wanting accessories namely a backrest, windshield, saddlebags, and a luggage rack.
Do you by chance have a good website to get these items on the cheap or maybe a way to make a luggage rack for little money?

Cheap fast luggage racks? Replacement porcelain coated BBQ grill and the rubber dipped metal loops you run wiring through. Cut to the size you need and drill a few holes. Bolt it on.

Backrest for an 11? Find an older one at a bike salvage yard and pull the fender rails and backrest. You can find bike junkyards online.

Windshield? Buy new. All the online retailers are about the same price-wise, but shipping costs vary wildly.

There are no true direct fit bags for it. At least not worth buying. If you are willing to relocate your rear turn signals you can run any small slant bag.
