Cause those are thousands and thousands
of man-hours the police had to spare,
not to mention public funds ;)

The Japanese still do these kinds of things regularly.

I read somewhere that the motorcycles used in this
exhibition were Moto Guzzi Falcone 500cc flat singles,
nice bikes.
