Title: Re: my bobber build Post by ZAR on 11/27/12 at 18:19:29 The true essence of a bobber 8-)! No struts or hacked hardtail, just a clean, stripped down scoot with "bobbed" fenders. I like it ;D |

Title: Re: my bobber build Post by SALB on 11/27/12 at 18:56:41 With the matte brown paint and "saddle" colored seat, it kind of has a vintage feel to it. I like! 8-) |

Title: Re: my bobber build Post by Badass94Cad on 11/28/12 at 08:54:25 Awesome pics guys. I can't wait to get to installing a BCB seat and rear fender. 8-) |
|
Title: Re: my bobber build Post by perajani on 11/28/12 at 22:07:11 Just be sure that you have orginal 140-80 rear tire. I had 140-90 and it didnīt fit.. and those 140-80 are not so common atleast here. |
|
Title: Re: my bobber build Post by Badass94Cad on 11/29/12 at 05:30:38 Yeah, I purposely kept the stock size so it would fit the fender... PITA!!! :'( |

Title: Re: my bobber build Post by MShipley on 11/29/12 at 11:31:00 Thank you for the comments. It is a BCB kit. I also removed the airbox and such. I just cant decide on paint so I am starting to like the primer brown (maybe some antique white racing stripes). When I got the donor bike I also had a 190 tire and it will not work with the BCB fender. Now all I need is a re-jet. PS: In the bottom picture I added Ed's 4" extentions. They are awesome. |

Title: Re: my bobber build Post by PerrydaSavage on 11/30/12 at 04:34:47 Wow!!!! Hope you don't mind I scab a copy of that pic? I absolutely love the red/brown primer look! ... and a couple of "distressed-look" racing stripes down the tank & rear fender would be AWESOME!! 8-) |

Title: Re: my bobber build Post by strang on 11/30/12 at 05:33:24 brown looks good gives a bit of vintage Indian vibe |

Title: Re: my bobber build Post by perajani on 11/30/12 at 05:36:33 I also have looked for those kind of mirrors. Did you find them easily? Currently I am using 1 orginal on left side. |

Title: Re: my bobber build Post by MShipley on 11/30/12 at 07:51:54 They are available from BCB for this bike. They come powder coated black. |
