I have been enjoying this since you posted about it before. Though "enjoy" might not be the correct term.

I do think that the NDAA is the worst thing ever done by Obama, and by any president. I do think it will destroy the nation. This why when you or others talk about "such terrible things like Obamacare" I can only chuckle. Obamacare, governement debt... its all nothing compared to the NDAA.

I have to admit.. I learned abit from the post. I was not aware it had been taken to court and upheld. Its a very sad thing to learn. We are no longer a free people.

NDAA is further proof our once great democracy has slipped away..

ALL governing bodies chip away at public freedoms, they must to increase their personal wealth and power..

our forefathers knew this and they did their best to prevent what is happening now... god help us

Quite nice it was signed into law on New Year's Eve. 3 out of 4 media outlets made no mention of it what so ever. Fox mentioned it; although, just scratched the surface and put it in a good light.
