Title: Stock Jets? Post by humblegeo on 09/23/14 at 11:31:24 What are the stock jets for 2003 year model? I have pilot 50 main 155. When I got the bike it had a torpedo Fishtail muffler. I have now  installed a stock muffler and want to make sure I have the right jets. Appreciate it. Found the info: pilot 52.5 main 145 air mixture 3 turns out.

Post by Dave on 09/23/14 at 12:12:22 http://suzukisavage.com/cgi-bin/YaBB.pl?num=1181745927 While that is stock.....it is not always the best.  A couple of stock bikes I rode had "lean surge" issues when you opened up the throttle...including my bike. The White Spacer mod helps to cure that lean condition when you open up the throttle.
