The pop bottle is set up to restrict oxygen intake. The helmet is for when he falls down. I don't know why.

That whole thing is sooooo wrong.

Seal a bottle to your face, make it so most of your exhaled air stays in the bottle so you can breath it over and over again, put a tiny piece of cloth over the only opening so the air exchange can be restricted even more. Where is that fellow going with this? Why are his eyes closed?
