If the argument was about saving lives, etc, then you would focus your energy on things that cause more death and destruction, like TRAINS.... ouch, that was a very poor tasting joke, my apologies :-* Like booze. It kills way more folks, drinking and driving, not even close. We should have a breath checker/analyzer at every place of business that serves booze and allows people to drive away, etc. We should welcome sobriety check points, and not scream its a threat to our constitutional rights, etc.... And of course, cigarettes, tobacco, first and secondhand smoke, and chew, spit. Its all a scheme to use this as an avenue to garner more taxes.... Which go to the poli-dicks campaign stash ;D |
