Well I wonder why someone didn't pull this guy aside and clue him in.
Seems a much better, not to mention, SAFER, way to raise awareness, would have been to boycott Taco Bell  :-[

I truly feel sorry for this guy, but whenever I see people doing these things I always wonder don't they have jobs to go to, I mean he is 33y/o how is he supporting himself?  Also, I don't understand how walking across the country barefoot was going to raise awareness for global warming, I just don't get it maybe I'm ignorant?

A whole lot of people don't have a means to support themselves, 94 million as of this past August when the LPR was 62.8%
