Now on to your points, the entrapment defense might work if they were law enforcement trying to prosecute these people, but they are not. They are private citizens exposing the corruption of the far left, and so are not bound to entrapment laws. True this alone does not prove that millions participated in voter fraud, but it certainly is evidence that mass corruption exists and should warrant the investigation Trump is calling for. |

If I voted 10 times it will recount my 10 votes even though 9 of those votes was voter fraud. Even if we except your entrapment defense evidence not obtained following the letter of the law is still evidence its just not admissible in court. Law enforcement will often times uses such evidence to guide their investigation to try to find admissible evidence. You are really walking a tight rope trying to defend these people based on a legal technicality. |
