time to grow up

we have 2 unisex bathrooms at work each has a urinal and a commode AND a lock on the door.
we also have 2 traditional gender specific bathrooms
men's has 2 stalls and 2 urinals
guessing women's has 3 or 4 stalls

I think the solution you have at work is great. I have no issue with that, people can make their choice......however that is not what the article is about...here in Virginia for instance we have a case where a transgender insist they get to use the bathrooms and locker rooms of the other gender. Like your place of work the school district created his, hers and theirs but that is not good enough for this person who insist they will not use the unisex and must be allowed to use the one they want against the wishes of the majority of that sex.
