Gee, unintended consequences,, easily foreseen, but since they weren't the Publicly ANNOUNCED goal, they are, by Their definition, unintended.
Kinda like feigning shock to see the guy you punched in the eye yesterday NOW has a shiner and you shrug and say the Shiner was an unintended consequence of your fist hitting his face. Rubbish.
