Might not be able to USE information gleaned illegally, not because it's not useable, it Might Be, if truth be told, but They don't want Us to know just how little they appreciate the Constitution. The Emergency War Powers act creates a situation that would require some good smart people to study that law and determine just to what extent Is the Constitution laid aside.
