Title: Is this board dead?
Post by raydawg on 04/13/17 at 05:15:34

Seems it use to get more action, more input, more freedom to express....
Maybe we should adopt the sanctuary cities policies and disregard rules, ya think?

After having explained what is happening, posted sufficient evidence to give any open, honest curious mind food for thought and watched it be ignored, I've stepped back a bit. I will step up and explain Why believing Assad did it is not exactly rational. But I'm not sure I am willing to lay the groundwork again and again to show people how to See what is being done to us. So, yes, it's slowed down in here, because I'm tired of explaining things to people who won't listen even when I PROVE that what I've said is really what happened. How can anyone say they want to know the truth and not look past what they have been taught? Were we not all taught by the same schools and lied to by the same media? When will You be tired enough of being played to admit that you Have been played? Ohh, sucky moment there. Or, keep believing Assad is the bad guy. Yes, he's been holding his own, Trump announces No Action is justified in Syria, and BOOM, Assad goes crazy and makes it impossible Not to attack.
Yeah, you chess playing wise ones, you believe that..

Following along with what conspiracy sites tell you to believe, is not critical thinking.

Choosing to disbelieve reporting, US officials, World Health Investigators, and the Turkish government,.. and following InfoWars and Zero Hedge, don't make you enlightened.

Nobody TOLD ME Assad didn't do it. I know because it's STUPID to believe he did.
Ohh, WHY is that?
Well, Sherlock, Trump ANNOUNCES no invasion.
Boom, Assad goes to Killin Baybees,,
Yeah, right.
Assad has been hanging on.
He was WARNED that SHOULD he commit some atrocity, Murca would Hafta set him straight. And NOW he does it?
Why was Syria on The List?
Yeah, Bot, you can explain it to me for a while.

Honestly, the reason that traffic has slowed down (IMHO) is that the liberal haters have nothing to complain about anymore.

Little donny tweety is decimating the GOP.  That, and the fact that the GOP has been running (or ruining) the country for the last six years is finally catching on.  There's no more room to b!tch and moan.  Contrary to popular belief, the GOP has gotten us where we are today - not the libs.

Bot, straight up question......
Trying to understand what you are saying.

Are you saying since opposing beliefs/opinions differ than yours, it's because of their collecting of information/data, is wrong?

Both sides sukk. Each one has had ample opportunity to make things better. And it's always Wurser, no matter which party has conned us into electing them. What REALLY changes? What do we see get repealed? The Glass Steagall act.. Ohh Boy. Just what we need.

Now the British must be lying as well.. ::)

"British scientists said sarin or a sarin-like substance was used in the suspected chemical attack in Syria, the British ambassador to the United Nations said Wednesday.
"Samples obtained from Khan Sheikhun", where the attack took place, have "tested positive for the nerve agent sarin or a sarin-like substance," Ambassador Matthew Rycroft told the UN Security Council, pinning the blame on the regime of Bashar al-Assad."

Yea, if traffic is slowing down, which I'm not sure it is, but of all the possible explanations, your is the most ridiculous. You should write for The New York Times. There is nothing remotely true in your comments. Nothing.

No?  There's nothing true?

So you're saying that overall, the US is NOT controlled by the GOP?  You're saying that state legislatures are NOT primarily republican and haven't been since 2012?  You're saying that the republicans have NOT controlled Congress for 6 years (of those 6, republicans didn't set a filibuster record)?

Seriously, what world do you live in to not see this?

You're saying our new president tweety is doing a great job??

Yeah, nothing I said is true.... BWAAAHAAHAAHAAHAAAA!!!

LOL - gentleman's wager.  What gentlemen?  I don't wager on the wellbeing of my Country.

I don't play childish games - "Oh yeah, well prove it and bet money, smart guy!"

No thanks.  Losing or winning that bet is a loss for the country.  We're screwed either way.

It's no wonder why the traffic may have slowed on the board.  There are like 7 people who post on the tall table and the old conservatives act like 10 year olds.  Hissy fits and bluster.  Now the bluster won't work because they realize the country is now in the hands of the cons (as it has been for about 6 years) and it's not getting any better... in fact, in a lot of ways it's getting worse.

donny the tweeter is a master hypocrite, his cabinet IS the swamp and he's leaving his base to drown.

But yeah, let's bet on that....

The topic was why traffic is down. You said it was because "liberal hatets have nothing to complain about" and then listed what could be the NY Times headines for the past year.

That's a ridiculous explanation for why traffic is down. That's not remotely true.

As for as childish, sorry buddy but you take the cake. Blue print, caps, bwaaa... on and on.

We want, we need, more liberals to sit at this table but not like you. You are annoying, like a spoiled child in a nice restaurant.

Sanctuary cities still have to follow the federal guidelines of vetting, don't they?

Right, let's get back to 1950's policies and economic guidelines! (without the segregation and homophobia)

It's hard to ignore how much better off (economically) the country was then.

Point to clarify all -

I know some of you think I reply in blue to be snarky - that's not true (mostly).

I do it to differentiate my response from the original post.  This is a courtesy to all the old fogies (myself included) to separate the two or more responses.

The fact that is p!sses some people off is just an added bonus!

That is all - continue complaining - thanks for your attention.

I like the differentiation. It's not confusing like my replies..

Congress makes the laws (such as the tax codes that have made a very small percentage of the country wealthy, the rest poorer) and has been controlled by the War Elephants for a long time.  Obama cajoled enough people to vote for his grossly un-wieldly Affordable Care Act which is what the Elephants wanted, an unworkable system that would build resentment against the Donkeys.  Wow, it worked.  Were are now back to the War Elephant's favorite game, bomb everything that moves.  Then, of course, we will have to send in the troops when the air campaign doesn't quite get it done.  Whew, another war; can't wait to see where.

I hope you change your panties as much as you do your story, sugar  :-*

Obama had a majority when elected....
Fact is, the dems and fake news were saying the republican were history, you recall now?
He had the power, except he abandoned his campaign rhetoric for party policies of the pelosi and Harry's dictates, and the people corrected their mistake first chance they got....

Here, I'll do the leg work you won't do for others....

Obama enjoyed a SUPER Majority in his OWN party in the senate, but some knew better than to swill the kook-aid, so like this guy here who buys the hook, line, sinker excuses of HIS party that it was because of the repubs, hello...... the repubs don't sport enuff sack to pull that off by themselves  ;D

So Barry at the helm had no influence on the state of the country?  Do I understand your statement correctly?

Given the fact that the bubs obstructed at every turn... well, draw your own conclusions I guess...  How effective could he really be?

Um, what happened in 2010 and in 2012 at the state and Congressional level?  Care to take a guess?

You may want to rethink what you posted...

I've ALWAYS stated the past 6 years (go back and look...)

Nice try indeed.

If the dems lost their Power, it's because Americans saw what CRAPACIOUS stuff they were doing and voted them out.
IIRC, usually incumbents have an advantage. Well, unless they Sukk .

What about this???
No matter who is the elected official, what office, every federal election, vote against the incumbent.. until they start UNscrewing us..
