Time to cut out the cancer.
If a program can NOT sustain itself, it needs to be amended or repaired accordingly.
No tossing more money at what is broke (pun intended)

I don't know When it started. It was wrong. Every administration that allowed it was sorry. If it takes a tweeter to undo unjust rules, tweet on,Tweety.

The article would condemn Obama for it, but I don't KNOW when it started.
Every president who saw this should be answering questions about that.
I don't know Who isn't criminally liable in D.C. ..Anyone in the legislative or judicial or administrative could shine a light on what is obviously Wrong.

I guess I'll just have to assume the silent are unhappy about this.

I'm talking specifically about This, whoever knew it was that way and did nothing is complicit. If Mr Constitutional Scholar signed that or supported it in any way, he should be answering questions.
