Title: One side, and NOT the FACTS Post by MnSpring on 06/12/17 at 17:15:49 One side, and NOT the FACTS. Sunday, 6/11/17 a Big wind storm came through Minn. (Basically over the Metro Area) The, ’Talking Heads’, on the Local News said is was going to be, Bigger and Bader than the one in 99, which affected the BWCA. (Boundary Waters Canoe Area) Which is a, ‘HANDS OFF’, Preservation area. And yes, you can go in and camp/fish/look, *NO gas/elect MOTORS*, you need to have a ‘reservation’, and need to be ‘checked’ in, and, ‘checked out’, and if you don’t have everything you, ‘checked in’ with, their is all sores of hell to pay) https://www.mprnews.org/story/2009/07/01/bwca_blowdown_anniversary OK, so why is this important? Well ALL, the Local, media, just went NUTS, on the Worst Storm, even Worse than 99 And they ALL put up photos of the 100’s + of acres of threes blown down, in the BWCA. What they, ‘Forgot’, or to, ‘Lazy’, to research, or did NOT have basic Knowledge, of the area, Or, simply did not remember. That area; (The BWCA) 1. Has VERY poor sandy/rocky soil, does Not hold thing well. 2. That area was Saturated, by rains, and made the soil even hold LESS. And, This area, was dry, the ground/soil is SO MUCH Different. Topographic area is SO much different. Was the storm that came on last Sunday bad? Oh Yea, But, NOT, even Close to the damage, that was recorded in the BWCA. (Even though it was, (as reported by the Media), bigger than 99) So the Media, does NOT, care. The Media does, NOT, do research. The Media does, NOT, Truthfully, tell, “The Rest Of The Story”. Now, why does it matter ? Because, the, ’Snowflakes’, are NOT Being told: “The Rest Of the Story” Is is, JUST LIKE, the, Media, (and Snowflakes), saying, “You all Hate a Certain Religion” With OUT, TELLING, “The Rest Of the Story” (FACTS) |
