I so hope I am reading this wrong too, butit sure seems like she is endorsing death as a means to adavancing your own agenda....

I don't think that was at all what she was talking about.

Let's be clear - her narrative should have just stuck to the issue about the crime and not about scalise. Her timing is very poor.

With that being said - his record is exactly like she said it is.

To over-simplify - what if the victim were david duke or some other "hated" person? Would you ignore the background of the victim?

I dunno... But to think that she is condoning the violence is a pretty big stretch.

Joy Ann Reid on Saturday cited Scalise’s positions on ObamaCare and gay marriage as among the concerning “moral” issues she felt couldn’t be overlooked despite his critical injury at the hands of a left-leaning lunatic who opened fire at a GOP baseball practice on June 14.

“There’s a whole country out there and a lot of people, at least in my Twitter timeline, and it’s a delicate thing, because everybody is wishing the congressman well and hoping that he recovers, but Steve Scalise has a history that we’ve all been forced to sort of ignore on race,” Reid said.

She not gonna lay aside her Great Moral High ground.. Ohhh No, SHE'S right..
She doesn't come out and Condone it,
But note the separation between her and

Inadvertently I think she exposes the deep think of the left....
As some believers in Christ believe literally that physical death is the result of those who won't accept their belief.
They absolve themselves based on their high moral assignment they lend to their belief.

I have read others who feel this was brought in by the actions of those who were shot.

If the victim is a hate filled, white privileged not a very nice person, of Course it's his fault. He Frikken Deserves it, right?
Of course, anyone who would dare touch a snowflake is guilty of a hate crime.
It's all very logical and reasonable.
