ess in Congress to cut the budgets of any of the bureaucracies. The civil courts are clogged with other issues besides bureaucratic issues. The paperwork gets more obscene in its magnitude. This paperwork is never reduced; it always increases.

The bureaucrats have created lifetime employment for themselves. All they have to do is drag their feet. They need only require another form. Then require another study. They have the power to block virtually any project. This is not a hypothetical power. This power is used continually. The longer they delay the implementation of any project, the longer their careers will last. The more forms they require, the more employees they hire. The more employees they hire, the faster they get their promotions.

Just, LOVE the, ’Study’, that has to be made,
before a ‘Project’.

The, ’Study’ costs 20 MILLION,
and the, ‘Project’, cost, 30 Million.

But wait, not done yet, their were, ‘Unforeseen Circumstances’,
so now the Project will cost, 40 Million.

What the HeII was the 20 Million for ???????

Oh Yea, that’s right, PAD, the DEM’os POCKETS !

Gosh, about 45 years ago, went to a Country Commissioner Meeting.
(I was next, on a land deal)
While I waited, ONE, Commissioner, was questing the, ‘Budget’ on a new Courthouse wing,
he brought up the, 120 Light Fixtures, which were listed at $199.00 each.
(The 4’, 2 bulb, florescent fixtures)
He stated he went to the local hardware store, he asked what they would cost if He ordered some.
(The Make/Models/Specs, were All listed so it was Apples to Apples)
He said his Local Hardware Store would charge him, $12.53 apiece !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Contractor said: ‘Oh those were with out light bulbs’

Motion Passes, 4 -1.

Yea, been going on a LONG time,

Gotta be 55 (+/-), years ago, a fellow called: Mr. Wizard,
had a Sat Morning TV show.
We just got this new fanged TV, so it was Fascinating to watch.

Among Many Other things, he explained,
He also explained how N.F. worked.
He built a 10 x 10 x 10 foot box,
Cut a hole the size of a ping pong ball in it.
And cut another hole for a, ‘High Speed Camera Lens’.

He (Or someone), lined the floor with Mouse traps,
in each trap, their was 2 Ping Pong balls.
He tossed one in, then covered the hole with his hand.
It fell, ’springing’ up 3. They fell, springing up 9, they fell, springing up, 27, they fell springing up, 81,
Etc etc etc.

In the high speed film camera you could see, (in Slow Motion), about the 1st 1/3.
Then, even at 7,000 frames a Second, it was JUST a White MASS.

WOW, Understood, Nuclear Fusion, (or the bomb)

I Equate the Last 8 Years of the, ‘Wanna Be King’, LOOKING the OTHER WAY,
To the, ‘white Blur’.

After all, was it not him who said:
