Since the lottery is such a major "cash cow" for all the states, I'm not the least surprised that this is is happening. Of course, we definitely won't see the politicians or bureaucrats reducing their own pay or benefits to help out. Not in Illinois, nor California or any other capital city, including Washington DC. ::) ::) ::)
