Two; allow cafeteria style health insurance meaning premiums aren't mandated to cover some recent questionable 'healthcare' issues ie.gender changes being the most prominent. You do that and then maintain the stipulation insurance companies must maintain evidence of their financial ability to pay claims just like they do now in the particular states they are licensed in and go from there. See what happens. My guess is it would be a rough transitions, but would settle down. Look at automobile insurance. What keeps health insurance from being like auto insurance?... |
