If they really wanted to be fair & impartial is one would apply for a job, school, so on so forth with only a social security #.

Heaven forbid we have a merit based system where people rise and fall by their aptitude & achievements.

How about try this:

Get a Job, BECAUSE, you, are, QUALIFIED for it.
(Regardless of, Gender, Race, Religion, Age)

Instead of, getting, a Job,
Because, you are a certain,
(Gender, Race, Religion)
And are NOT, Qualified to do it.

Yep.. I didn't get hired by AT&T, because I'm a white male.
The only job I could ever consider keeping for twenty years.
