The Paris Climate Agreement would not only shut down the US economy and make energy needlessly expensive, it would trigger a massive transfer of citizen wealth to crony socialist billionaires in the US and to foreign governments. Turkey now wants out of the agreement because it no longer expects payments from the US. When the global-warming plundering machine finally falls apart and is sent to the junk yard of history, people will marvel over how it was possible to make the whole of mankind hysterical over a theory based on propaganda, not science. –GEG

Yes, that is a perfect example of alternative facts...

There is as near as possible, unanimous global consensus in science that the globe is warming and that it's due to human abuse of resources...

Finding an outlier, and making global assumptions based of it, is using alternative facts...
Pretending to know more than thousands of climate scientists, and buying in to what a teenage girl thinks writing in a teenservative blog instead of the entire global scientific community is desperate...

This simply isn't true. I know you want it to be true, but it's not, as near as possible, unanimous. Far from it.

Besides, set all that aside and focus solely on the Paris Climate Agreement. It would have accomplished nothing of any significance, nothing. It would be like a two pack a day smoker cutting out one single cigarette and pretending he's healthy.

I am amazed how they must wiggle, contort, and twist their bodies to match their logic, not that I am giving them credit for having any viable intellect, no......
Seems its more a reflex of survival, than a conscience thought, acting without knowing why.
I guess its like a little child afraid of a boogieman, unsubstantiated fear, yet so very real to them.....
Sadly, for whatever reason, they never grow out of it with critical reasoning, etc, but retreat back into their safety of compensating with actions, that become habitually toxic.....
Depriving themselves, of enjoying life, blaming others, a perpetual victim, to their own insecurities....

Its so sad :-[
